Ultimate PT, OT, & SLP Summit (March 2025)

On March 1-2, 2025, over 100 private practice owners gathered in Phoenix, Arizona, for the Ultimate PT, OT, & SLP Summit. Hosted at The Oasis and powered by Virtual Rockstar, this two-day event focused on helping leaders build, train, and retain high-performing teams.

This season’s theme, Vice to Victory: Leading Teams to Success, tackled real-world challenges in hiring, leadership, and retention. Unlike traditional conferences, this summit wasn’t about passive learning—it was about action.
