Will Humphreys

Will is a serial entrepreneur, health care provider, speaker, and author.

At 17, he fell off of a mountain breaking both arms and legs. His exposure to the medical field led him to becoming a physical therapist.

Later, he became a private practice owner and built a company to multiple locations prior to exiting at 3 times the national average.

Today, he teaches others the lessons he learned from decades of practice and hundreds of interviews, hires, and fires. His greatest joy is his wife of 20 years and four sons.

Tone Williams proudly serves as the Director of Client Success at Virtual Rockstar.
Having worked alongside the visionary founder, Will Humphreys, across three different companies, Tone has developed a deep expertise in the recruiting and HR sectors within the Physical Therapy industry.
Her passion lies in connecting with people and identifying opportunities to streamline operations, allowing businesses to thrive.
At Virtual Rockstar, Tone is dedicated to building meaningful relationships and delivering exceptional service, helping clients achieve their goals.
Director of Talent Acquisition
Kayla serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Virtual Rockstar.
Kayla lives in Chandler, AZ with her husband, Andrew, and two daughters, Quinn and Mackenzie.
Kayla attended Northern Arizona University where she received her BS in Athletic Training in 2011.
For 7 years, she worked as a Certified Athletic Trainer in the high school setting.
Kayla has been a healthcare recruiter since 2021, specializing in recruiting licensed providers and clinical staff.
She finds joy and fulfillment in placing job seekers in their dream role.
Outside of work, Kayla enjoys spending time with her family, attending a baseball game, listening to music, reading a good book, and getting outdoors (so long as the Arizona heat permits).
Talent Acquisition Specialist
With over 14 years of experience in Customer Service, Talent Acquisition, and Recruitment, Liz is a seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager and Professional Recruiter.
She has spent more than 5 years in the US recruitment industries, gaining extensive expertise in sourcing and hiring top-tier talent.
Currently, Liz is a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Virtual Rockstar, where she excels in sourcing high-quality Virtual Assistants from the Philippines.
Over the past 3 years, she has specialized in this niche market, playing a crucial role in aligning candidates with the company's core values and client requirements.
Known for her exceptional skills in talent acquisition and recruitment, Liz effectively manages the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both clients and candidates.
Talent Acquisition Specialist
Andre is a staffing enthusiast with over six years of experience in Global RPO, specializing in healthcare staffing.
Recently transitioning to talent acquisition at Virtual Rockstar, Andre focuses on connecting US-based business owners with highly-skilled Filipino Virtual Assistants.
His passion lies in bridging the gap between US businesses and Filipino VAs, creating productive and efficient working relationships.
Andre is committed to ensuring businesses find the perfect match for their needs, fostering success for both clients and candidates in the staffing process.
Executive Assistant
Kim is the Executive Assistant to Will Humphreys, the CEO of Virtual Rockstar.
She joined the company when it was just three months old and has been a supportive presence in developing various aspects of the business.
With her experience in different industries, Kim has helped create systems that contribute to the company's smooth operations.
Known for her approachable and organized nature, she enjoys being a part of the team and contributing to its success.
Outside of work, Kim loves reading books, traveling, and relaxing at the beach, bringing a balanced perspective to both her professional and personal life.
