Before stepping into the world of recruitment, Kayla spent seven years as a Certified Athletic Trainer, working closely with high school athletes. Since 2021, she’s focused on helping healthcare professionals find roles where they can truly thrive. For her, it’s not just about filling positions—it’s about changing lives.

Kayla lives in Chandler, AZ with her husband, Andrew, and their two daughters, Quinn and Mackenzie. When she’s not working, she’s all about family time, cozy nights at home, baseball games, good music, and getting lost in a great book. She’s a steady, thoughtful presence on the team—and a big believer that the right people make all the difference.
